as far as I know, yes bank cards do not have any extra benefits when you compare with other banks and reward points are also very low

currently hold 8cc icici amazon pay 1.1lac limit

Oh, in that case why are you looking for a YES card. As @dgbravo mentioned, there are hardly any benefits, except maybe lounge access, which is useful.
On C2C basis, limits required :

• YES Premia : Min 3 lakhs limit needed
• YES First Preferred : Min 5 lakhs limit needed
• YES First Exclusive : Min 8 lakhs limit needed
