Yes bank denying card due to previous card issue

I applied for some random Yes Bank Card in July 2023 but possible I didn't receive or I have not activated it not sure but I forgot about it completely.

Now I want to apply for Marquee Card but Yes bank representative says I can never apply.

Whats the way to get a new card now from Yes Bank?

What is the guarantee that you won't casually forget about your new marquee card, if granted, is the question YES Bank is asking you now indirectly, is my opinion here..

Because I was traveling and out of home during those days. 😇
And literally i was in CC application spree that I missed 🫥 that I have applied for this too.
(Still i couldn't find in my collection)
