Has anyone used Yes Eclectic Debit Card In International Lounge in Foreign Country recently ? Did it work?

I have query that if they mention International Lounge Access ; Does it mean that Int'l Lounge in India or also Int'l Lounge in Foreign Countries?

Kindly reply. It would help us to plan our trip in a better way. Thx

Currently, I have a Yes Bank Elite+ credit card. While asking for a priority pass to access international lounges, customer care said that the current Yes Bank card swipe will do.

I have never heard of it and have always used priority pass card in international lounges. Any experience with anybody?
