Yes Bank Kiwi Credit Card Replacement Issue

Hi guys,
I reissued my kiwi credit card but my application's home page is still showing the old credit card,i delinked the old card & relinked the new card, uninstalled installed again everything i did but it's same & even in mail also they didn't send the new card details or anything where i can see so now I can't use my credit card on any website as i can't see the card details & also mpin also not working because it was old card.So anyone knows any workaround for this or can i get any compensation for this from the bank.

Download Iris application by yesbank. Login using aadhar card. You can call customer care to get the customer id by sharing the pancard number. I had same issue. I’m able to manage my card in Iris app but old...

but do you absolutely sure that they issued new card?

sometimes only cvv will change, but most of the time expiry and cvv. its never card number unless we specifically request the same through phone.
they reissued because the digits are totally different & when i relink then only new credit card details came but not in home page or card details section & in mail also nothing received
