Yes bank LTF advertisement

TF Select
I recently came across an ad in Amazon saying I am eligible for LTF Ace credit card however after applying it asked me to choose between marquee, byoc and another paid card, but they were all paid.

Is this common? I have already written them an email but unsure if they will provide now.
However, I am ready to reach out to RBI BO for false advertisement and suppression of hard enquiry if they fail to provide me LTF.

I am in the same boat. No proper response from level 1 cc even after one month. Escalated to grievance redressal yesterday. Today got a reply asking for 1 week time. Let's see.

Hehe..
You guys are 'over' qualified for Ace/Select.
Yess CC application portal will check your eligibility based on CIBIL profile. If eligible for higher variant, you wont get LTF. If you were eligible for Elite+/Select/Ace, would have it as LTF.
👆🏾 This has been clarified in other threads. Do check

Please let me know which emails you have raised this issue.

This is false advertising and i too fall for it.

You will receive a message to complete your after 20-25 days. Don’t click on it. It will do a cibil hit again and show same cards.

If you check the url when you click Apply Now from the advertisement or email, it would be a generic Yes Bank credit card application link. It's not a link specific to you. They did not pre-check your eligibility and send the advertisement. It's a click bait general advertisement pretending to be targeted for you. It should definitely be complained on grounds of false advertising and misselling.
