Can anyone confirm what's the cap on different categories while redeeming Yes Rewardz Points

1. EGV
2. Travel (Flight/Hotel)
3. Merchandise

I have redeemed about 1.5L points couple of weeks back for flight tickets. I have not heard of any capping in redemption of the points.

No cap AFAIK. I just redeemed 76 K points on a hotel booking.

Rewards conditions as mentioned above, we can pay 70% using rewards but when i was booking flight ticket it was allowing only 43% only. Not sure why

70% on flights and hotels (25 p/point)
50% on cash credit (10 p/point)
50% on EGV (10 p/point)
No capping on Catalogue (15 p/point)
No capping on BBPS Bills (10 p/point)

Redeemed points yesterday on a reserv card in the family. All categories were showing options in line with the latest restrictions and confirmed the same with yes rewardz team. Having lots of points and still not able to use made it a very frustrating experience. On top of everything, prices felt inflated. Booked 2 domestic flights (3 pax each), recharged grandmother's phone for a year, home dth for 6 months and placed a card closure request (renewal due this month). Bank didn't let us get rid of the card, made it free 😂😂
