Yes bank sent card without request any request done by me.

Hello..
There is strange scene on my cibil and my Records
I see today a msg that my YES bank card is arriving and shipped by bluedart.
And on the yes bank app showing 2 cards now
But i did not even applied for a card i already have a premia card.
I called customer care they saidm
"Sir apne apply kiya hoga ab arha h tu use kr lijiye acche offers ate h yes bank pe"
I just lough that time
Can anyone suggest what should i do.

Branch mai hi kisi ne apply toh nhi kar diya?
Branch be like - You already have one card - dusra card as pre-approved mil raha hoga, chlo apply kar hi dete - customer ko surprise denge. Fir acche offers aate bol denge.

Cibil hit ho chuka hai to use hi karlo bro - but ek baar documents passwords check karlo - kahi data leak toh nhi. Data aise hi becha jaara sabhi kaa. Sirf Pan card se cibil hits ho jaate🥲

i would suggest the same.
aaj credit card hai mazak kar liya ki aa hi gaya hai to use karlo. kal aise hi loan chipka denge. if they were serious about this, then the customer care would have escalated internally about this fraud. but they took it lightly meaning that it seems to be a normal practice for them.

please report this to RBI, even if you plan to use the card or not.

for both the points, i think customer care should have told him if it was a reissue/upgrade.

My YES bank card is going to expiry in 2028.
And i did not received any offer of upgrade from YES bank.
Thats why i was surprised. And ask Customer care about calrification but did not received any satisfaction from them.
Now i mail them With the applivation number and card number.
And asked them to give clarification about this and told them if i don't get proper clarification i will complain in RBI about your shit..

Hey guys. Want to share my exp. On this.

I received a Call from yes bank on friday. And told me what was happened with my application. An employee of their sales department have applied behalf of me. I went to yes bank and try to met that but i coudn't as they said he was fired.
They also said i had a pre-Approved offer As i had already a yes bank cc so my another cc will get approved instantly. They said.
And same thing done with many people by that employee.
They said this will never happen again and Apologise for the said instance.
But i asked them how can they apply without any otp or something. But they did not give a clear response for this but they said the employee is fired immediatly. And requested me not complaint In higher authorities as the employee can be blacklisted. I don't have much idea abiut this but i asked to give written apology stating thiz will not happen with me again.
They said okay sir we mail you our written apology.
But i did not received anything.
But i received a call from yes bank today
And they told me they feel sorry and apologise to me
And they did my bith the cards LTF.
Premia and 2nd is welness card.

I want to ask you should i go to higher authorities or not
And please tell me is this welness card have anything good or should i close this?

Both of your cards getting converted to LTF is sweet, even though this whole thing gave you a headache. If the concerned employee was truly fired, then I would let it go. He is not the only one at fault here, private-sector banks have a very toxic work environment, they pressure employees to meet targets or else give them so much shit.

In the end, it's up to you.

Yes. . I know this how toxic is the enviroments is as i worked 3 years in sales department in banks and i can feel how painful this is.
I think i should let it go..
As nothing big gonna happen..
And it may be headache for me also.
