New one, approved on 6th this month activated on 11th of this month kept it aside for future use, now trying to do a meager transaction online(due to RBI norms, transaction have to be done within 37 days) repeatedly it's declining citing reason phone number not registered with the bank, contact info not updated, afterwards tried offline transactions it went on smoothly for fuel and shopping, strange and yes, card control use domestic international all checked twice, also can't connect to the bank's IVR, repeatedly getting disconnected after choosing the IVR option 3 specially designated for CC customer support from my registered mobile number, profile showing correct customer ID, registered mobile number and contact info. any idea what to do. Have sent email but didn't got any acknowledgement till now.
