Yes prosperity business card declines online transactions.

New one, approved on 6th this month activated on 11th of this month kept it aside for future use, now trying to do a meager transaction online(due to RBI norms, transaction have to be done within 37 days) repeatedly it's declining citing reason phone number not registered with the bank, contact info not updated, afterwards tried offline transactions it went on smoothly for fuel and shopping, strange and yes, card control use domestic international all checked twice, also can't connect to the bank's IVR, repeatedly getting disconnected after choosing the IVR option 3 specially designated for CC customer support from my registered mobile number, profile showing correct customer ID, registered mobile number and contact info. any idea what to do. Have sent email but didn't got any acknowledgement till now.

Do you have any other relation with yes bank??

If you haven't try downloading yes iris app, it's there new version of yes mobile app. That will i think solve the issue
 
No didn't have any other relationship with yes bank, downloaded and registered in iris, displaying my name, CC, correct profile, limit used etc. but in the front just below my name it's showing "Oops! there was some error getting your details".🥴🥴

That's new 🤔🤔, i guess going to branch is your last resort, be prepared for investment options when you go to any yes bank branch 🤣

I have received Yes Prosperity Business card too. The agent told me the card would become LTF if I show enough transactions. Is it true (based on your experience)? Were you offered LTF or promised like me?

I haven't activated it yet, because I am afraid I might get a notice due to personal usage. Please guide me if I should activate it or not. If it becomes LTF, I might take a risk.

Any update on this?

I am facing same issue with yes bank select cc

And customer care is not able to resolve this issue.
