You can check in QR scanner option, it was showing to me.
Though two more person whom I know got this benefit, still it maybe user specific. I am not sure about it.

Ya even me too haven't received any offer as such
Checked today, No offer is showing in that QR scanner option in mine cred account.
Maybe either offer expired or available to selected users only.

I was also not seeing this offer earlier until today after I self transferred 80k from one SB account to another using Cred and immediately after that received this offer.

I opened the scanner in Cred and offer was there, added upi card then did transaction and availed the offer. worked seamlessly
