vKYC related query

So on 14th April I have applied for Premier CC through website.

16th April recieved an email stating I need to submit my salary slip as my office address and residence address is 200km far. Submitted slips same day.

Saw multiple threads where users recieved vKYC link, when I will get it OR it's not required? Note - I don't have any relation with BoB.

Physical verification will happen. Most likely, it will get rejected due to the office and home address. In BOB, patience is the key to success.

Address verification for both, office and residence?

As I am not present there in office location? Can I say it's WFH or someone from my office team can complete it?

This will be the reason for rejection. Avoid mentioning WFH.

Just say you are visiting your hometown for some work, and your office colleague can do the verification if needed, or else he can take the photos and all.
Did you apply for paid Premier?

Mostly both.

Back then, I also got a call from BoB agent and she asked me to send details on - openmarket.bengaluru@bobcard.co.in

She said you will only get a verification call and that's it. But being suspicious sending documents over mail I skipped and directly applied via portal. 🙈

Bad move, they send a customer profile analysis with the application, in that case, you only receive a verification phone call.

I feel physical verification didn't happen in this case because agents upload some office/business pic.

This is not the case. Because of this, no physical verification happens. This was additionally attached to the digital application.

W.r.t bob, physical verification depends on person to person, there are many who got card without any verification in online applications too

Thanks a lot, I checked my digital e-signed doc, it's a 3 pages doc. 2nd one is my C2C credit card bill is attached. Let's see what happens.
