Freecharge allow 2times per card for per month or per day?

No. I have done 4 trxns on my hdfc card via idfc rupay. This 2 times/card narrative is a lie.

I got merchant name as PHONEPE PRIVATE LIMITED

And I am not getting any reward points.

I am also use freecharge for cc payment via idfc rupay dc, but I am not sure in which name I will get rewards points

Please someone help me

I have newly opened IDFC select account, today only I activated my IDFC first tap debit card and did couple of credit card payments,
But I noticed that I have received 2000 welcome reward points and also I am getting 2 points for 150 Rs, instead of welcome 4000 points and 3 points for 150 Rs for select account.
Note that, my select account was opened more than 10 days ago.
Is there any cooling time off for additional reward points ??

What to do in this case? raise complaint to Customer care ?

I should see some cashback on VDC?

Got the VDC created and activated. Will do 50K payment and report back when I see the points.
I guess this is the only way for me to get some cashback on HDFC CC payment.

Use freecharge app or web and pay.

Currently all merchant names are eligible.

No extra charges on RuPay.

Anyway, if you get any error like "unable to process your order" then login other freecharge account and pay using same IDFC Firstap RuPay DC.

Apply SBI Virtual RuPay debit card and pay cc bill via phonepe app, paytm app, freecharge app, billdesk website without any extra charges on RuPay.

Amex and SCB bank cc bill also supported via billdesk using RuPay variant.
