Every bank manager make their own rules and customers have no option but to follow them to get work done. Will keep in mind from next time..

You can always ask him to show their circular where its mentioned whatever he claims. I don't think a BM has any authority to make any banking rules, except which branch employee sits on which desk or where do customers park their vehicles in the branch.

Just now hotlisted visa can bank DC and service charges of 177/- applied. Is this normal.?

For closing the card should we hotlist or block. Also blocking card avoids annual charges being levied before due date ?
