Finance charges on my card

I have made payment of my ICICI credit card but some small amount was not paid by mistake and still I've been charged with 10k interest on my card, i.e. on complete due amount , is there any way to get the refund of these charges?

I misunderstood, I thought that if the remaining outstanding ammount is below 100, there is no charge, actually that's not correct., .
If the outstanding genaratedstatement ammount bill is below 100, then you don't have to pay.😐😐😐😐🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🫤🫤🫤😕🫤🫤😰
