Generally 1 rupee. But depends on the flights that you redeem it for.

I have seen some flight are cheaper to book through bluechip points than through cash. Selecting cash or by bluechip point options is there in indigo when you search itself. Can get more value if you select the flights judiciously after comparing both.

Loyalty points can be earned only for your own travels. Cannot claim for family and friends even if it is booked under same PNR. Each has be claimed seperately through their own accounts.
