@SUBARNA Mahato you can do the both..either pay directly or use autopay feature.. however, first autopay will fetch you 200 gems / 200Rs ... if you pay directly it will fetch you 50 gems / 50 rs ... but bill has to be above 500

Yes initially I didn't get it too..but yesterday I just sent " hi" and from no where I got a option to upgrade the tier to megastar... Also, you need to be registered to WhatsApp banking which can be done by giving missed call to a particular number

Yes, according to them, it can take up to 7 days from the date of the transaction.
However, it usually gets credited within 48 hours.
Fuel rewards typically take a longer time to reflect

I tried to do that....funded my account to maintain 50k on last day of quarter when I was getting messages to maintain ...still it was downgraded ...Then came.to know from my RM that they look for AQB I.e, annual quarterly balance of 50k to decide the tier

Recently I have lost Indie Debit card requested for replacement card.
But there is no option to check the status, other than contacting customer care

Earlier only qrt end addition of 50k was enough to retain Megastar status. Nowadays they downgrade. My account also got downgraded few days ago. I immediately did this WhatsApp trick, added 50k and account got upgraded instantly. After that I am again maintaining less than 100₹ but still Megastar is intact. It should be as it is till next qrt as other TFians said. Let's see.

If Downgrade happens, add 50k bal & Whatsapp 02244066666, type Hi, select option - Tier Upgrade & select - Yes. Instant upgrade. No tension till next qrt. You can remove your 50k now. Repeat same process again when downgrade happens. It takes just 2-3 minutes.
