Axis MyZone Swiggy offer not working

I got an Axis Bank secured MyZone LTF card 2 months ago. I was trying to use the Swiggy Rs 120 offer, but it isn't working. I secured the card multiple times, but the problem still persists.



I tried removing the already secured card and adding it once again on the payments page to no avail.
Who should I contact? Swiggy or Axis? Is this because it is a secured or LTF card?

The 438 is after the coupon. If MOV was below 500 the coupon wouldn't be applicable. I even doubled the order to 984 after discount of 120 but the card wasn't visible as a payment option.

Screenshot you shared seems fine to me.
Whats the actual issue? After adding card, you are not navigating to payment page?

I opened Swiggy Food after a year I guess to verify it ....

.... and seems to be working fine for me as I was able to reach payment page.

The offer is applied in your own screenshot, and it is asking you to add new card, click on it and add Axis MyZone and pay.

Not working for me as well on my FD card. That's why I'm going to close my card after this billing

Two members, you and @me_sovon has confirmed this and both have secured card via FD, so maybe its a secured card problem.

Still just an assumption, but a highly likely one.
Complain should be to Axis and not swiggy as one is working but another is not.

Whats the BIN? Is it Visa card? 4514

Zomato does not have any MyZone offer (MC case is different), but you are saying that you can not even make payment using the card?

You guys might be closer to finding out the issue.

Either its a FD card problem or a specific BIN card type.
If someone with different BIN and card type can confirm then its a FD card issue otherwise its your 4718 BIN specific .

Regardless it MUST work and complain to Axis must be made.
The most basic feature of a card is not working, I guess that's being dil se open

From day 1. Got it 2 months back. I can make a payment without the offer. Acts like a regular card. Ive had no problems with other websites for Axis-specific offers, but Swiggy AXIS120 never works.

No no payment is working fine, wo flow flow mai nikal gaya

It was all quite from Axis from few months without messing up ...

Connect with chat or call CC and create a ticket atleast.
Though Swiggy offer was never good after devaluation from 200 to 500.

Also soon you might get Neo pre-approved or maybe call CC to ask for unsecured Neo LTF offer and get it in the call via OTP authentication as its better for Zomato offer .

I heard people getting pre-approved after 3 months. I don't use this card much. I created a post yesterday.
