Is there a PNB savings account with less MAB and can we get Rupay select card with that account ?
For example PNB has RISE savings account can we get rsdc with it ?

yes got it 2 days ago but i am unable to activate it through mobile/net banking, maybe need to visit there atm only

Did you ask them for rsdc while opening the account or called later and applied ?
First, set the PIN using JanaBank mobile app.
To activate the card, use ATM or just complete 1 POS txn. Immediately you will get a message saying card is activated. You can now enable and set ECOM and other limits using mobile app. HTH.

Yes, set the PIN. And then go to any ATM. Therein use the Card & PIN to check for Balance and voila Debit Card is activated.
Then you go to Net Banking / Mobile Banking and enable ECom transactions on the Debit Card
You can reset pin from any atm to get it activated.
I set pin through mobile app then went to axis atm and tried to withdraw 100rs cash but transacation failed.
First try to check the bal, mini statement or reset the pin to activate the card. Then enable the transactions and limits from mobile app
I did a small transaction in a supermarket nearby and it was activated.
