More loss is coming the way indusind is behaving more and more people going away from this pathetic bank branch service is nightmare, FDs stuck often which requires multiple branch visits even branch employees confused, mobile number update is only available through branch visit

Bank frauds have just been imminently happening no matter what time we live in.
Sad state of the country's fifth largest private lender.
Although not sure how much value 'fifth largest private' hold 😛
You guys are being too jumpy. He was going to go anyway. The RBI had wanted him gone since a long time now. Even before this derivatives fiasco was disclosed, he had been granted an extension for only one year.
The bank is also well capitalised and not going to fail anytime soon.

But there have been enough signs in recent times for me to suspect that things are not quite running normally with them.
1. My BM suddenly moved out of IndusInd, and the bank did not, or was unable to, fill the vacancy for months.
2. My RM keeps on changing quite frequently, -- and I have stopped getting any calls whatsoever from them (not that I have been unhappy with this development 🙂). -- This from a bank notorious for frequent spam calls/ emails/ messages!
3. Usually every February/ March such private banks start bothering customers for additional investments. No such calls from IndusInd this time!
4. Not only that, -- when in March I had moved out substantial investments with them (enough for a Pioneer account) in stages, nobody ever bothered to contact me to find out what was going on, -- as if they had already given up!
I am glad to have decided to minimize my exposure to them.
