Yes I can see and applied too..

Supercard pro is not FD based card..

It is in collaboration with Axis Bank, just like Kiwi CC..

They took every detail, from PAN to office address and qualification etc and rejected it stating profile mismatch..

I don't know what they mean by that..

Yes, after doing the checks. Its giving me FD based card only. Probably because I am already having 4 Axis card

ok thanks for this but i do not trust super money one bit as i have multiple problem with them as their customer support is non-existent and shit as i had a query for failed trans recently for which refund is not credited but they give me reply after 1.5 month and 2-3 weeks after the money is refunded automatically lol and i have even opened a ticket regarding this but no reply since 2 days so lets see what they will do

Yep, You can't trust their Customers Support.
I raised a query for FD eKYC to their customers support on the app. First they reply after a month that they are closing the ticket (without giving the solution). The eKyc problem is still not solved.

Their App Customer Support Sucks.
