VDC is devalued, unipay has nothing to do with it. Also, you won't get multiple 1000 points in a month anymore. It's removed as well.

Spend 1 lakhs in a calendar month to get bonus 1000 points. Earlier it was in a year.

No bro, that was the maximum time limit for achieving that 1000 points. It used to reset very FY end.

We could get multiple milestones in months too, but now it's only 1 milestone per month, and that too if you exceed 1L.

If there is any shortage in that 1L, then from next month it will start from 0. Previously, there wasn't any concept of shortage. You could do 20K in march, 30K in april, 70K in may and get 1000 points. (If used physical DC)
