Does anyone have a contact for a person who offer 0.5% or 1% cashback on successful home loan application?

An agent is offering me 0.5% cashback, but I am a bit sceptical with it. That disbursement does not becomes a issue as he is a 3rd party agent.

I think 0.5% is a good deal.
Builders/property agents have list of loan agents of various banks. If it's a new property, you can ask the builder for contact of more same

I have taken home loan through some agent .. he gave me 0.4% as cashback of loan approved amount after 1st disbursement .. overall the process was easy and nice.. let me know if someone wants details of him,. Please DM me ..
