Rupay DC Cult-Fit voucher redeem error

I'm facing an error while redeeming the Cult-fit voucher from rupay select website. I have canara bank Rupay select DCs
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Facing issue with cult membership. The story is I'm going gym classes for last 3 days no issues in check-in but today I got a call from cult fit vijay nagar (indore) they are saying that we're franchise of cult and we do not accept corporate membership.And this type of membership is only applicable on cult official gyms.So they're can't letting me in. Can anyone helpe if they've also faced similar issues.

No, because I shifted to Ahmedabad due to work location and no cult gym is available here.
And for Indore location they're declining, contacted cult support they also declined stating "due to some operational issue, these vouchers won't work there".

No, because I shifted to Ahmedabad due to work location and no cult gym is available here.
And for Indore location they're declining, contacted cult support they also declined stating "due to some operational issue, these vouchers won't work there".

If there is operational issue then they should give back the order or refund it.
