Unable to login to edge rewards portal

I am unable to login to edge rewards portal. It says invalid credentials. I am able to login fine to my axis back account.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

Getting error on both EdgeRewards and TravelEdge portals??
If you enter captcha correctly, the Login button becomes active automatically, then you have to click on it.

I think there is some issue in login to edge rewards website directly. Login to axis netbanking and from there go to edge rewards (option in services). Same in app, there is option for edge rewards. Not sure if all this will work if you don’t have axis bank account.

Loads for me fine, normally they do maintenance in the midnight time.

So you might have tried @that time or so. (Normally I get message to try after 1.10am in the mobile at times)

Ya seems like some maintenance going on. Now ER portal is opening but TE is now giving an error in fetching points / miles balance 🤦🏻‍♂️ looks like better to try logging in daytime.

Its working.. it is down for maintenance / points updates from time to time randomly.. Just try after sometime or from an incognito window & it should usually work 😀

Log in to the axis bank website and then go to the edge rewards section in the left side. There click on the explore button. It will take you to the rewards portal (pre-logged in). There choose travel Edge - it will be one of the options under ‘Redeem Now’. It should work.
