You will get one core hdfc credit card and one co-branded credit card e.g. Tata Neu cards. Just check what you have currently Core or co-branded and apply for other card.

Yes same limit i have three cards now with HDFC

I m Classic Banking HDFC customer having paid Tata Neu Plus card. Can I apply for Millennia or should wait for pre-approved Millennia?

Go ahead and apply but if you want LTF Millennia then C2C application can give you that. Also, based on eligibility of yours hdfc may or may not give Millennia or lower variant moneyback card.
I am simple hdfc account holder not sure what more advantage you can get being classic customer.
