If you don’t make UPI transactions at preferred merchants, then they won’t solve the issue quickly.Ok. I will clear some doubts in this post.
1. My statement generation date is 5th of every month.
2. Bought 1000 Amazon GV on Amazon using card details and OTP. Got 50 cashback (5%).
3. Spent 19000 (two transactions combined) on Flipkart using UPI and PIN. No cashback posted.
4. Spent 101 on local shop using UPI and PIN. Got 1 cashback (1%).
5. Sent support email on 7th asking them to credit missing 950 cashback.
6. Got reply on 8th that 'all eligible 1% and 5% cashback already credited'.
7. Called customer care on 8th and explained the issue in detail. He raised issue with backed. Waiting for an update from backend.
My advice: Stay away from using UPI on preferred merchants until the issue is resolved.
Yes, I have got points on the category "Select Merchant 5% " through direct use of the card(entering the card number). On upi spending no point has been credited yetcan you please confirm is there any point credited on mycards or not???
