Thank you. I'll try SBI Mauritius.

Btw, for US debit cards used in India, the below don't charge anything extra. Also, by default local currency I.e rupees. Tried and tested.

Bank of India
Catholic Syrian Bank
HSBC
Canara Bank

Stay away from below. They charge 200 rs. They don't mention it upfront also. ICICI and HDFC atleast clearly mentions that 200 rs will be charged. (You rightly mentioned in your Wiki)

Federal Bank
IndusInd Bank
Punjab National Bank

You can add above details in the Wiki please.
For greater benefit.
Appreciated your contribution, adding to post #1.

Just a quick question, the above atms offered currency conversion or not?

No currency conversion displayed on screen.

Just enter pin, and got the amount.
Then realized they deducted 200 rs.

PS: I hold a US credit union debit card which has 0 foreign transaction fees officially, and used it in 4 countries.
Worked like a charm every time.

For mainstream banks like BoFA, Wells Fargo, I am not aware.

Yes this can be done.

The problem is, some of the information is my own person experience, sometimes it is taken from some youtube atm cash withdrawal videos, etc.
