nothing new showing same limit from onboarding since june 2025.

For me the limit changed to more than max as default
I have actually set the limit to as low as possible and still earn cashback in earlier month which now conveniently changed by them without my permission

I recently closed this credit card after they reversed my 2500 cashback via email.

They also reversed my cashback but after complaining to nodal desk they refunded the cashback

They'd suddenly marked my transaction as "cancelled/returned" and revoked the cashback despite transactions are successful.
After repeated mail & tweet the refunded and marked transactions successful again.

Should I lodge complaint in rbi for delay in crediting amount to my roarbank... So the case is i added 100 to my account on 25th June 2025 which credited today after a long follow up and mails.. ap per the RBI procedure I am entitled to get 100 per day for late refund 😅

That RBI compensation is for failed upi transactions. You can ask the bank through which you added the amount for compensation. But that's only if the UPI app showed "failed" message upon payment. If the transaction was "success" then it's the roarbank's fault and in that case though there is no official compensation guidelines, you can surely file an ombudsman complaint against unity bank.

Soo... In short If I say, I added 100 rs through UPI using cred pay. The money debited instantly and the app shows transaction is successful, the same I also confirmed with the bank from which the money debited. But roarbank didn't credited the amount, i contacted multiple time on their WhatsApp support but they say that they are working on it. Which I know they lie. 2 month passed eventually i decided to drop a mail after that I got that credited today after 80 days.
