No, you don't have to declare that in India. Anyway it's very less amount, it is okay.
Also, in Japan, VAT refund is not introduced yet, so it's instant tax exemption of presenting your passport at the store (min purchase value, 5000 JPY).
However, for Apple products, official Apple stores have stopped giving tax-free (there was a whole scandal with 🇨🇳 people abusing the system). Other big chains like Bic Camera or Yodabashi Camera give that, you can purchase from there.

I reached out to FK for clarity, they redirected to bank; however the banks says its T&C by flipkart.

Better to buy directly from apple. Best Trade-in value and 5K instant cashback on ICICI/Amex. Quick TAT. Mine's coming on 19th. Sold my iPhone 14 pro at 46K (Not at apple though).
Don't go for Flipkart, high chances of fraud. IMPO.

I had an open box delivery. Got a used phone. Had to fight though the customer care even though I rejected the open box delivery. Delivery boy started misbehaving that mera time waste karwa dia and tumhi ne phone badla hoga 😒. This is when both he andI were standing there. Flipkart Cust care was least helpful.
