Today, I attempted to use my Indusind Celesta Credit Card at the Encalm Lounge, T3, New Delhi Airport. However, when the card was swiped, the POS machine showed charges of ₹2,330 for lounge access. Surprisingly:

1. This card provides unlimited complimentary domestic lounge access.

2. And, there are no minimum spending criteria for this benefit.

It's all because of Dreamfolks vs Adani Lounge One.

I used IndusInd pioneer metal cc on 31 Aug , it showed only 2 rs as charge however pioneer debit card showed charges of 2300.

I think there is a major issue with the card. I faced the same issue at Primus Lounge, Indore Airport this morning. Already registered a complaint with IndusInd Credit Card CS.

Note:

1. This card provides unlimited complimentary domestic lounge access.
2. There is no minimum spending criteria for this benefit on this card.

Even my burgundprivate credit card form axis which has unlimited domestic & international lounge access got denied at aviserve arrival lounge in mumbai t2 its due to dreamfolks breakup with axis icici, indusind howere did work there. Not sure why would indusind be affected by the dreamfolks issues.

Simple na, use alternative card, when they want us to fund account open FD buy ULIP there is no alternative bank suggestion. Fend for your self. Zero accountability. Someone should swipe the entire charges & the as bank to pay the bill as card is supposed to be free for all domestic lounge access. The least they should do is offer 2k discount in the annual fees of the celesta credit card..!
