It's the same story with every brand, authorised service center (tie up with multiple brands) will handle these issues.
But some brands do have exclusive service centers but it depends on location.

It is Samsung GB 4 i5 1335u, but unlikely at 35k even on BBD. Must be pricing error.
Max with discounts can expect 38k.

Decent 4 to 5 hour in normal use ( balance mode).... Can't expect too much from a budget laptop. Cost cutting to hoti hi hai still better in this price segment with 45w charger.

Nopes it's not any pricing error I used hdfc nc emi trick later cancelled that emi which effectively cost me 35k plus 120 from cashkaro

1) Below 40K
2) Must have good sound ( very important)
3) i3 U or Ryzen is fine
4) 8 ram (must be expandable, and must not be soldered)
5) No obvious hinge or other build quality issues (or must have cheap ADP)
6) IPS FHD preferred (but TN FHD is okay I suppose)
7) Decent-ish battery; I guess most in this range are 40WH, but something near 50WH would be nice.
