Understanding ICICI EPM reward cap cycle

I wanted to understand from what date does my monthly cap of 18k accelerated reward gets refreshed on my ICICI EPM card
Is it monthly (1-31st) or after my billing cycle (every 12th of the month)

The cap is applicable based on calender month (1st to 31st)

Thanks @jonamdhar , so the billing cycle is just for my bills, I need to follow monthly cycle for all reward/voucher limits related stuff
