Forex card or zero mark up forex credit card?

I have an internal travel coming up around December. I already have a HDFC forex card.
I would like to know if this is a good option, or should I look for some zero markup fee credit card ?

I got axis atlas now which is in visa network, would like to know if there are any master card variants of other credit cards that have zero markup fee. Not looking for the reward game, just zero markup fee would be ideal.

Good but if u have lot of unsecured cards they might reject your application.

In case of Zero Forex markup credit cards, I can understand there should not be any extra charges levied. But what about zero forex markup debit cards? Suppose if I use Pioneer debit card to withdraw ATM cash abroad, will the other Bank charge ATM Cash withdrawal charges?

Donot know man. But any spend on debit card internationally, all payment are reported to income tax

Today I received a call from the Bank . They said that there wont be any forex markup up fees however the overseas bank may charge for ATM cash withdrawals.
Regarding reporting to income tax , I think transactions will reported even in case of credit cards isn't it ?
