Terms & Conditions for Festive Offers on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards
Introduction:IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”) has brought Festive offer(s) [Offer A, Offer B] (“Offer”) for its customers (“Cardholder(s)”) holding Bank’s valid and active debit card(s) [Rupay, Mastercard and VISA] (“Debit Card”).
Offer Period:
The Offer is valid from 22nd September, 2025 to 5th November, 2025 (‘Offer Period’). Participation in the Offer is voluntary.
OFFERS: Below mentioned offers are made available by the Bank for the customers
Offer A: Top Spender Offer
This Festive Season, spend with your IndusInd Bank Debit Card and stand a chance to win iPhone 17 Pro, in the form of vouchers of Future World – Apple Reseller
Upon the Cardholder(s) fulfilling the Offer requisites criteria, during the Offer Period, overall 3 (three) top spending cardholders on eligible spend categories will be rewarded with vouchers equivalent to the following:

Upon the Cardholder(s) fulfilling the Offer requisites criteria, during the Offer Period, will be eligible for Shop Plus points equivalent to the following:

- Offer is valid on both online and offline transactions made by the Cardholder
- Offer shall remain valid for transactions made and settled during the Offer Period only.
- Cardholder must do at least two Point-of-Sale (POS) AND two online (ECOM) transactions of a minimum transaction value of Rs 1,000 each on eligible merchant categories during the offer period to be eligible for the Shop Plus points under Offer A and Offer B
- Future World vouchers equivalent to the amount of prize for each qualified Debit Cardholder under offer A will be credited to customers after the end of the offer period, latest by 31st December 2025.
- Shop Plus points capped at 5,000 for each qualified Debit Card under offer B will be credited to customers after the end of the offer period, latest by 31st December 2025
- Shop Plus points once credited will be valid for a period of 3 months from date of posting and any unused point(s) will expire at the end of this period i.e. on 31st March 2026. The validity of the points will not be extended under any circumstances.
- Account status and Debit Card status must be active at the time of posting Shop Plus Points
- Regular Debit Card Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply.
- ATM transactions will not be eligible for this offer.
- Any transaction reversed/ refunded in either full/partial, will not be considered valid for this offer.
- Offer is not valid on transaction(s) made for fuel, wallet loads, credit card bill payments, loan repayments, insurance, tax payments and payment to government services using the Debit Card.

Eligible cardholders qualifying as winners under the festive offer will get Email and SMS notification to redeem Shop Plus points.
To redeem, follow the below steps:
- Visit the official website using this link: https://www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/
- Login using your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile device.
- Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose gift card you want to redeem. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon.
- On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (gift card/benefit value) and quantity of the gift card.
- Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
- Tick mark on the Shop Plus button pay using Shop Plus amount and make pending payment using your IndusInd Bank Debit Card (if required)
- You will receive your e-gift card on your registered email and mobile number in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process.
- The participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- The Offer(s) is applicable on the domestic and/or international transactions made by the Cardholder(s) with the Debit Card.
- If the Cardholder(s) cease(s) to be the Cardholder(s) at any time before Shop Plus points are given/credited to the Cardholder under the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer(s) shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder(s).
- Any Cardholder participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions available at https://www.indusind.com/in/en/personal/terms-and-conditions.html
- The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Cardholder(s).
- Any queries in respect to this Offer can be raised by the Cardholder(s) with the Bank through phone banking within India at 18602677777 and outside India at 022-44066666.
- In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
- All applicable Government duties, taxes and levies including but not limited to GST, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholder(s).
- This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time.
- The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the Cardholder from the Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the Cardholder is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer and its benefits by use of the Debit Card of the Bank.
- Any Cardholder availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted the Offer terms and conditions.
- Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
