IDFC FirsTap DC - No rewards point on activation

Applied IDFC Firstap DC for my First Select Account. Did a transaction of more than ₹1000 but received no welcome benefit of 4000 reward points.

Called the IDFC after waiting for a month and they rejected the claim saying that the welcome benefits will be given only once. So no more welcome reward points on Firstap DC.

Yeah they are correct, they changed this TNC some time back
