Indusind Exclusive Account showing as Delite

I opened the Indusind Exclusive Account via Online VKYC it asked for Rs. 90000 Initial Deposit because i have pinnacle and after successful KYC I went to Indie app it started showing Exclusive Account and Exclusive Debit Card now after a day the Account Variant has been shown Indus Delite but the Debit Card is still shown as Exclusive. Has anyone experienced this before?? do they automatically fix the account variant later or should i escalate??

But i clearly mentioned indusind exclusive account and the same is written on the account opening form. Can the home branch change account variant on its own?

Since u opened online it’s by Mumbai team however for account services they tag the nearest branch as per ur pincode

I have complained about it to the exclusive customer support how can they show one account and downgrade it into another without any intimation. Will try to escalate
