Just wanted to share an experience.

So mere paas ek Lava Agni 3 hai, recently uspe green line issue aya hai.

Customer care pe complaint raise Kiya.
Unhone upfront call Kiya, ek video manga, jisse proof ho jaye ki physical damage nehi hai.
I sent the video.

Probably they are going give me a new phone. Aisa hi bola unhone ki repair nehi karenge directly replacement denge.
Wo bhi ghar pe ayega service centre se log, purana leke jayenge aur new de jayenge.

Let's see kitna kya hota hai.

Also unhone kaha green line software update ke wajah se nehi moisture chale Jane se hua hai. May be phone ke components ka glue thoda kam reh gaya hoga ya phir kisi aur jagha se moisture gaya hai.
