Utility transactions are excluded, you should've read terms and conditions before making that transaction.

From where did you bought it? Offline/online? Website name if online.

Its still giving cashback but on 23rd it did not update the Cashback tracker for a fuel purchase of 330. Can you tell me when was it that you refuelled?

I refuelled yesterday for Rs 4500 and the tracker updated but the one on 23rd is still not added to the tracker.

also made a toll payment this noon and the tracker isn't reflecting cb.
