I maintain a spreadsheet for infinia and I checked both on smartbuy and cc only portal (https://netportal.hdfcbank.com/login#/openMarketLoginCC), my points haven't been credited yet 😴
how are you able to track it? because Smartbuy portal on new UI only reflects redeemable reward points right? which does not reflect updated reward points which are earned after last billing cycle

Manually in notepad.
I did transactions in June, received 5x in about 40 days and rest 5x today.

I use smartbuy only for redemption. For tracking I use this https://netportal.hdfcbank.com/login#/openMarketLoginCC , everyday at around 3AM HDFC updates points based on trxns and I maintain excel for the same.
Are you sure that these were for june txn only ?
The reason I am asking is that 1st 5x were received within a week or so. It took 40 days for you which is unusual.
I have not received remaining 5x yet despite raising the complain 10 days back.

They must be referring to the new T&Cs as many other banks do the same. Still, wait bro they might be releasing them in batches.means no iykyk

Yes, bought 2 shirts using my DC.
Not unusual, that's how much it usually takes in case of a DC on smartbuy.
As long as your transactions are genuine, you will get them.
Let me know if you want me to share screenshots, I can post all the amounts and redemptions as I took them for my reference.

I used my DCB for genuine txns - bought Jeans.. but still haven’t received balance 5x
Will wait till end of month and raise a complaint after that

Update : received the points 😛😛😛
I had gone about 5 points above my monthly cap in June, and they gave the rest of 5x minus deducting 5 points LOL, My god, 4 months+ of wait almost, finally!!! ofc with iykyk lol.
btw I need to purchase few 5k items this week but electronics which is in exclusion at smartbuy/myntra afaik Will I get 5x still? Just wondering.

I bought this https://www.myntra.com/31679945 2 times in July. Got 1x+4x(5x), so not sure this counts as am "electronic" item. I plan to buy few security camera's, I am leaning to think I'll get 5x, but always a risk of reversal. Can always go for vouchers but no return (no return anyways on this item) but direct buying gives more comfort compared to vouchers
After escalation with HDFC, I was told that pending 5x RPs will be posted by 30 Sept.
I did receive some RPs today (4375). However, it does not match with any of transaction. I was awaiting for 2 set of 5x RPS (4025 & 3725). Lets see if they post the balance RPs in couple of days.
And yes, these were iykyk transactions.
