I think you didn't read the whole thing or what I have written is not clear.

I know getting the lowest price is almost like lottery. I would like to clarify that I was mentally prepared that I might not get iPhone 16 pro at 75K. In that case I would have gone for iPhone 16 at 52K or even 53K as it was available for this price for almost 2-3 Hours.
But what hurts is that despite being a plus silver member the early access was not provided to me and many others.
Had they showed all users the advertised price of 75K for 1 minute and made it out off stock I would have not called it a scam.

Further, flipkart selling black membership for early access and not providing the same is outright scam. I don't understand how could a company like Flipkart miss this fact that when they charge for something and fail to deliver it they'll be screwed in the Consumer court. Not sure about the plus members as they didn't pay anything.

I think you have never been to consumer forums before. Just move to them and the hell of life you will have and by the time you will get any compensation, you will end up thinking was the time I spend worth it. A pune user got its case with Flipkart settled after 3 years. He got compensation for most of the things including money spent on legal fee but he also said, the time and energy I lost for 3 years won't be ever compensated.

Flipkart in its Black or any kind of program haven't put in TnC that it's guaranteed so and so users will get different or above all treatment. So case won't stand either.

You are pissed off because you had 80K vouchers stacked up which is itself a mistake on your part. Else you hadn't give any thought to it. I always buy GCs once I am sure I will get thing sin 5 mins of generating it.

I don’t see loading 80K as a mistake. Had Flipkart made it clear that the advertised prices would not show on my account, I could have easily loaded the amount to my wife’s account. Even at 00:30 hours, the iPhone 16 was showing at ₹51,999 on her account.

I was mentally prepared that I might not get the 16 Pro, but I expected at least a fair chance at the iPhone 16 at the advertised price. Why should I not be upset? When Flipkart advertises a price, it is advertised to all customers. And when they specifically say Plus and Black members will get early access, is there anyone who would assume that, despite being a Plus or Black member, they wouldn’t even see the sale prices?

So I ordered 16 Pro 256Gb for 80k and 16 pro Max 256 Gb for 81.5K.

Around 8AM today, I saw a post on reddit that someone got 16 pro 128Gb at 64K. I checked my Flipkart but the price was high. Then I again checked reddit, the guy was from Bengaluru and he got it delivered via Flipkart minutes. I tried a random address (since I am not from Bangalore) and placed order of 16 pro 128Gb at 68K (Didn't use card discount as I had vouchers added to my account) but unfortunately it couldn't be delivered as the address was random and the delivery guy reached there in literally 7 minutes. He cancelled the order.
I again tried to order 16 pro 128Gb but it was out off stock. I checked the price of 256Gb variant it was 80K and I ordered it on my friends address. It was delivered in 6 minutes.
After that I told my brother about this Flipkart minutes order and he asked me to order a 16 pro max 256Gb. I ordered it for 81.5K after card discounts.
So all in all got 16 pro 256Gb at 69K and pro max at 81.5K.

Don’t worry, you will soon get some kind of offer if not 80k offer in a few days, unless iPhone 16 pro is really out of stock…
Try changing delivery pincode and see if the stock and offer exist…

I think you didn't read the original post. I am not looking to buy right now. I've flagged the concern regarding discriminatory pricing by FK.
