Glottis listing at 35% Discount to issue price...
It's not always, easy to make money in IPO.
True, that's why I never invest in a company just because of listing gain. I only invest if I am comfortable investing more in the case of a price decline and remain invested for the long term.

Ex -
1. Hyundai Motors - I remain invested - added more in the case of a price decline - result I am in profit of around 35%. (Some of my colleagues criticised me for investing in Hyundai but I knew companies like Hyundai Motors never going to disappoint anyone.)

2. OLA - many people invested - I don't - since I was not in sync with the company.

3. Same thing with the LENSKART - not satisfied with the company’s long-term presence.

Note - see, anyone can be wrong. I was wrong many times and will be wrong too in the future, but as long as I trust my instincts and my rules to judge/choose any company, I will be at least satisfied that I tried like everyone else.

I appreciate the basic concept of choosing the stock based on certain parameters or evaluation Matrix.
Future is uncertain...
so is the company..
so is the business...
Still Investment in a good fundamental company keep chances high, that you may get good return in a longer time frame..
