Devaluation INDUSIND select - Non maintenance charge

I have been having Indusind select savings account linked with legend card for a year now. I have never been charged non-maintenance charge so far. But strangely, I got a sms today that asked me to maintain balance failing which I'll be penalized with non-maintenance charge. Should I be doing anything at all with regards to this?

Is everyone getting the same message? Or am I the only one who got this message?

Have they updated anything in the recent SOC for select account? Any insights would be highly appreciated.

24 tarikh ko email kiya tha, mera negative balance abhi tak positive nehi hua. Bas 26 tarik ko ek "lien removal request" wala service id mila tha.
Kisi aur ka reversal abhi tak pending hai?

They also debited 1062 rupees non maintenance charges from my select account on 24th September yet to receive the reply of my email. I think they charged non maintenance charges for many users.

I have sent an reply again. But problem with IndusInd is they take a lot of time for resolving small issues.
My credit card and savings account were properly linked under the same CIF number at the time of account opening, with customer care confirming this on June 3, 2024.

I will not visit the branch to resolve an issue caused by the bank's system errors during the migration to Indie

Due to uncertainty about my account classification, I was compelled to close my RD account, resulting in interest losses. I demand immediate reversal of these charges, or I will escalate this matter to the RBI, citing the significant distress caused by this mismanagement.
