Scapia limit increase

Hi I have a scapia card with limit of 50k and been using for 2 years. I want to get my limit increased. i tried contacting scapia customer care, but they said federal bank will review and increase. Is there any email that i can send out to get an limit increase.

Please merge this thread into any if it is similar.

scapiafederalcards@federalbank.co.in — used for Scapia / Federal credit card queries/grievance.

creditcardescalation@federalbank.co.in — for escalation if initial request is not addressed satisfactorily.

support@federalbank.co.in — used for principal nodal officer escalation in some grievance cases.

creditcards@federalbank.co.in — general email for Federal Bank credit card queries.


You can start with scapiafederalcards@federalbank.co.in (since your card is Scapia + Federal) and also copy to creditcards@federalbank.co.in or creditcardescalation@federalbank.co.in to ensure it’s flagged appropriately.
