Axis Credit Card Upgrade Related - Query & Discussion

hi to all folks in the wonderful community, holding an axis rewards paid cc and neo rupay ltf, axis is offerering upgrades for now., only myzone is ltf, rest every other card is paid one. So what are your suggestions, if any upgrades should be taken, like going on with paid cards., or any other.,. Been thinking to close mine rewards cc as not been able to utilize it much and renewal is near, and doesn't seems so, that axis would be considering it to make it as ltf.

i have axis neo ltf with 5L limit, after waited for nearly 1year now i am getting upgrade offer of atlas paid, if i upgrade to atlas then what will happen to neo then will it get close?

If you want to keep it, instead of using upgrade, go to axisbank chat support and ask them to issue you an Atlas Card, thats what I did to get Atlas without any additional KYC and got to keep my old axis flipkart.

UPGRADED to altas with fees via mobile app, neo will remain active, digital card generated instantly and seems like ko cibil hit nahi hua hai

Yeah there's no CIBIL hit, I received my card today. Had applied on Sunday.

Axis hardly makes any card LTF on closure requests. There is no retention team, so be careful.

The card depends on your usage and requirements. What are your expectations?

There's a retention team. They offer myzone/neo as ltf, last I tried closing a card. They also offer ER points.

Name sake retention team it is, Customer Care will transfer the call to them, and they will cancel the card on call itself. They offer ERs for premium cards, LTF for MyZone and Neo, but will not convert cards like FK, Airtel, etc to LTF. No ER as well for those cards.
