They're not providing me Millenia even though I'm Preferred customer. Stuck with their useless Moneyback card since 3 years

have u contect any HDFC cc agent? Today my colleague was saying that he is non HDFC customer and getting LTF miilenia via agent .

Agents usually mis-sell. Also as I already hold Moneyback card, they'll reject the application because of 1 card policy. Upgrade isn't possible via agents

same for me. I had upgradation offer to Millennia for my HDFC IOCL card. but it's not LTF. So not upgraded. As paid Millennia is useless for me as already holding Axis Ace, SBI Cashback. And my wife has LTF Millennia.

same for me. I had upgradation offer to Millennia for my HDFC IOCL card. but it's not LTF. So not upgraded. As paid Millennia is useless for me as already holding Axis Ace, SBI Cashback. And my wife has LTF Millennia.

No wonder why other banks are leaving HDFC Bank behind in almost everything. They don't have a single MOAT now.

When I asked them to convert it to LTF they said it was already LTF issued
No idea what these guys are smoking

Close it, after one month applied millennia via c2c LTF, i closed my money-back on oct got millennia LTF in nov via apay card.

Actually that's my oldest card and that too LTF. I'm not sure whether they'll provide LTF or not. HDFC cards aren't useful for me so I don't want to pay for them.

Did you receive your first statement already?
Email to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and ask them about LTF status of your card. If they says it's LTF then it's LTF

Whats your usage pattern? Your MAB? and Your cc limit?

Did you try mailing to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and nodal officer?

I'm stuck since 8 years on same card.

Bro hdfc sometimes sucks for old users. I would have suggested to close the card and apply after 6 months but as it is a 8 year old card, the effect on cibil will be insane, If you don't have any other card older than 5 years.
