Has anyone faced this error on Android? I have not been able to get past this error. I just downloaded this app so it's already up-to-date. I provided all permissions it required but clicking on any option crashes the app. I already had my KYC completed few months ago by logging using browser. I think app didn't work that time as well.

@456 I never used it for any transaction yet. Few months ago, when I saw the crash behaviour, I was skeptical using it. Today thought of trying it and it again crashed. Not sure how stable this app is. Once my issue gets fixed, I will give credit card bill payment a shot using my HDFC EasyShop Platinum card. From borwser, I don't see credit card bill payment option.

Well, if you guys don’t like after loading your EbixCash card to Payzapp wallet and then transferring it to the bank, try this method to pay your credit card bill instead —
Open a mobile browser in desktop mode (or use a desktop/laptop) and visit the Axis Setu website.
Under the credit card bill payment option, generate a UPI QR code and then use another device to scan and pay via Payzapp Wallet UPI.
Payzapp Wallet UPI spent limit is also 2 lakhs monthly.
