HDFC Credit Cards Newbie- With No History (NH) Cibil Score, Applying for HDFC Credit Card

TF Buzz
Hi all,

I have never ever taken a loan or Credit Card till date.
My Current CIBIL is NH - No History
I am applying for Credit Card against FD from HDFC Bank I have received few options ( I have an account)

Attached Screenshots

1) Biz Grow - Master Card - LTF
2) Moneyback + - Visa - Joining & Renewal - ₹ 500
3) Freedom - VISA - Joining & Renewal - ₹ 500
4) Biz First - VISA - Joining & Renewal - ₹ 500

As I can see Biz Grow doesn't have much benefit compared to Millennia

As there is LTF offer till 31st OCT and all other cards like HDFC Swiggy application are getting rejected

DONT RECOMMEND PIXEL CARDS from HDFC

I am very much interested in Millennia - RUPAY SELECT LTF as I want to use with UPI App

Guide Me which one to get and start my CC journey. If possible anyone can help me to get Millennia - RUPAY SELECT LTF CC CARD

Thanks in Advance.

I think you can get millennia credit card if the FD amount is > ₹1,20,000.

If you want suggestions from the available cards then go with MoneyBack+ because starting with a Biz card will almost block you path for Millennia credit card. Freedom card is even lower tier than MoneyBack+ so avoid it too.

Better strategy with hdfc is to start with a core card, try for millennia with little negotiation. Ltf is difficult but with decent spend on your card it will be kind of free with all the cash backs and offer.

Let me do another FD and check it limit is improved Milennia might show as option. but FD is 1.5L for it

Talked to RM
He is Insisting to open HDFC SKY Demat account with zero funding so they can approve a millennia LTF

Problem is I have a DEMAT with Zerodha (BSBD) if I open HDFC DEMAT Zerodha will charge AMC on Quarterly Basis..
As per Zerodha BSBDA Policy one DEMAT per PAN so charges are waived off.

Yes
Zerodha is strict on this...

WTF, Whenever I try to save more end up in spending more 🙄
If you are going via FD route than no need of sky Account.
If you have time, better have a look on two wonderful thread of @GTSaketh @uipolo for HDFC CC...
and super guidance and support of @SSV Sir 👍

A thread for HomeMaker is almost identical to what you are looking for..
