I am Accor classic member. 0 nights stayed as of now.
I have booked for 5 nights in end of November using points. If it works then I will get +5 nights and I will move to silver tier. Will update the status after my stay.

Actually showed up.
Didn't get the fast track nights yet, just the 1 night for the stay. Will reach out to their customer care.
Basic question - how long is the upgraded tier valid for? Like if we get upgraded to silver, or gold, will it expire on Dec 31, 2025 or Dec 31, 2026?
If you get to Gold before Dec 31,2025 then your Gold will be valid till end of next year.
Silver offers almost negligible benefits and most hotels wont bother. Major benefits starts from Gold onwards.
Same here , got single night for the stay. Reached out to customer care and escalated.

You need to enroll your company to book at corporate rates , once you enroll , you will get a mail like the attached shot. It will mention the company name and the codes. It will also have a link to book the stay.

I registered via personal email for which I already have an account on accor.
Do you want to register to the link shared in first post and mention my corporate email id ? And then the code will come to my official email and can use on my personal email ?

I read a Reddit thread stating that for the CTM fast track, we need to book through a corporate travel portal.
How did you book it?
I have already registered my firm with ACCOR and obtained corporate rate codes. Can I book the chain discount rate shown on Accor, and will I receive a status night?
Did you have to contact customer care for them to get credited, or did Status Night automatically get credited after a certain number of days?

Book using the chain discount rate, that will do it
I did contact the customer care , but now feel it was just FOMO, the nights got credited within a week.
