Update - Accor support sent another email denying fast track nights. They said the booking I made was not on corporate rates. I am going to fight it out but the probability of getting anything is quite low at this point.

Received the below email from Accor. See the bold sentence from the email. Don't think this offer will work for individuals trying to get fast track. But the offer was very poorly communicated. I am still trying to fight it out but doesn't look promising.
"stays must be booked using the special corporate rates assigned to participating companies whose booking systems are automatically connected to the Accor booking office."

A+ explorer - flexible rate is accorplus rate and thus wont be accepted.
What changed? Stacking or nights credit?

I booked special rates after entering my codes, but somehow Accor didn't capture it/ isn't agreeing to it.
