On unipay only sbi dc allowed, you can use phonepe, paytm zavo , billdesk etc for cc bill pay

Get any variant account you can maintain, & apply rsdc by filing application with home branch. You will get it in 1-2 weeks via speed post.

I'm confirming that bill payment through Vi website with Kotak DC is giving cashback. Last month I've tried to pay 5.5K bill twice through Vi website but transaction canceled and amount refunded within 2 days. But on 18th I've received 500 cashback for same transaction. I've not done any other payments with Kotak DC.

Some people still got Debit card option on any amount Credit Card bill payment on GoodScore app.

However, i cant give you 100% guarantee.

Best debit card to use - Indusind Visa Signature/Mastercard world (0.93% reward), RBL Signature+(2% Cashback)/Enterprise Debit Card (Only Milestone). Axis Burgundy Debit Card.

Here, Visa/Mastercard debit cards have a 1% charge, while RuPay debit cards have zero charges.

MCC Code – 4900 (Utility category).

I can see benefits here with only 2 debit cards: the RBL Enterprise Debit Card (5% upto 1000 cashback on Utility) and the RBL Signature+ Debit Card (2% cashback if milestone benefit count but remember 1% extra charges on VI app/website).
