Best CC or DC for electricity bill payment.

I get 20k-30k of electricity bill each month. Is there any way, so that I can Maximize my savings on this payments?

The cards I have are -
HDFC BizGrow CC
SBI SimplySave CC
Hdfc Millennia DC
SBI VDC

The bill is for two connections -
One - Around 10-15k monthly bill
Second - Around 5-10k monthly bill

It's better to get an Ace and Airtel card. I do Bill with them. For now, I think Millennia cc will give 5% for buying an Amazon Pay gift card. Pay the bill with that.

I am getting cc option but not rupay cc.
